This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on asignu.com, why we use them, and how you can control them at any time.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies such as pixels, local storage and session storage work in comparable ways. We refer to all of them as cookies in this policy.
This policy covers our marketing website, asignu.com. The signing application at app.asignu.com uses only strictly necessary cookies, described in section 5.
Under the GDPR and the EU ePrivacy rules, we may place non-essential cookies only after you have given your consent. When you visit asignu.com for the first time you see a cookie banner with three equal options: accept all, reject all, or choose per category. Nothing other than strictly necessary technology runs before you choose, and rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting.

Withdrawing consent stops any further collection immediately. Data already collected before withdrawal remains covered by the retention periods in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to delete it.
These are required for the website to work and for security. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off.

app.asignu.com
The application itself uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, a security cookie to protect against cross-site request forgery, and a cookie that remembers your language. There are no analytics or advertising cookies inside the application.
Besides our own cookie settings, every common browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its privacy settings. Blocking all cookies may break parts of the website, including signing in.
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the personal data we process through cookies, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Portugal this is the CNPD.
