Until now, sending a document for signature with Asignu meant logging in and uploading it yourself. For many teams that is exactly right. But if your documents already live in your own software - your CRM, your accounting package, your HR system - there is a faster way: let your software send them for you.
That is what the new Asignu API does. It is a REST API that lets your application create a signing request, add the signers, and follow the document until it is signed. No portals, no manual steps in between.
What you can do with it
- Send a document for signature from your own system
- Add one or more signers, in the order you need
- Choose email or SMS verification per signer
- Track the status of every document
- Download the signed file and the full audit trail
Every document signed through the API gets the same treatment as one sent by hand: a timestamped audit trail, EU-hosted storage, and proof that the document has not been changed since signing.
Clear monthly plans
The API has its own plans, separate from the regular Asignu plans. Each plan includes a monthly document allowance, and each document includes 3 signers. If you go over your allowance, extra documents cost €2.50 each and extra signers cost €0.15 each.
- Starter - €250 per month, 100 documents included
- Professional - €600 per month, 500 documents included
- Business - €1,250 per month, 1,500 documents included
Try it without risk
Every API plan comes with test credentials, so your developers can build and test the full flow without sending real signing requests. When you are ready, you switch to live credentials and go.
